Beginners are most welcome.
Classes last around 1 hour and in this time we will drill combative based skills (punches, kicks, knees, elbows, blocks etc) for the first half and more self defence related skills for the second half. All skills taught are tapered up or down to accommodate all skill levels and all students are friendly and welcoming people who will happily encourage and motivate you to do your best
All new members must have scheduled a booking with Mike prior to attendance. Please do not attend the site without first contacting Mike.
